What do you love? Who do you love? What do you love to do? What do you hope that others will love you for? What have you done in recent memory that has truly been of service to those around you? Do your goals demand more of yourself or more of your loved ones? How hard are people working right now just to support you? How will you sustain this? Why are you so reluctant to admit that you do what you do in order to be liked? in order to be reassured that you are, in fact, unique special Have you considered that it might be best for everyone if you were put away for a while? Have you considered uninterrupted sleep

about

I am working on explaining myself less. Apologizing less.

Patience is about allowing yourself to experience joy and pain in equal measure, without discrimination. It is about both of those things arising frequently and without warning; getting used to that.
It is about knowing that fear and humour come from the same place.
It is about trusting yourself to be who you are in a world that is indifferent to your needs, and it is about trusting the people you encounter not to kill you for cultivating and protecting that trust.
It is about things not working; persisting regardless.

Thank you for being here.
